Information you share

When you request a detail, we collect your name, phone number, email, vehicle type, selected service, condition, travel band, add-ons, calculated estimate, service address, requested date, notes, and agreement to our booking terms. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in notes.

How we use it

We use your information to manage your booking request, contact you about availability, perform your selected service, and reconcile your deposit and final invoice payments. Submission does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Payments and hosting

Stripe processes deposits. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure checkout and are not stored by this website. Your name, email, phone number, booking reference, estimate, deposit amount, and final invoice amounts may be shared with Stripe for billing. Cloudflare hosts the website and stores booking data. A hashed network identifier is temporarily used to help prevent abusive submissions.

Customer accounts

When you sign in, you can save your name, phone number, preferred service address, and default vehicle type. Your account shows bookings and invoices associated with your verified sign-in email. You can edit your profile without changing historical booking records. We do not store card details in profiles.

Employee access

The owner and authorized employees use a protected workspace to manage bookings. Employees can access jobs assigned to them. We retain appointment updates, internal notes, and a record of staff changes. We also store employee names, sign-in emails, optional phone numbers, roles, profile biographies, and account status to manage staff access. Employee sign-in uses the hosting provider’s authentication service.

Cookies and embedded content

This site does not add analytics or advertising cookies. The employee workspace uses authentication cookies. The Google Maps embed and external services may process technical data and use their own cookies under their privacy policies. Instagram and Stripe have their own privacy practices when you visit them.

Retention and requests

We keep booking information as needed to provide service and maintain necessary business records. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact us through the details on the home page. Some payment records may need to be retained for accounting or other obligations.
