Vehicle detailing service agreement

Version 2026-11-08.1. Read this agreement before authorizing service. Your accepted copy, signature, and disclosed vehicle condition are saved with your booking.

Service authorization

You authorize the detailing service selected for your vehicle at the agreed location. We will confirm the service price before work begins and obtain your approval for additional charges. An estimate is preliminary.

Existing vehicle condition

Tell us about existing scratches, chips, stains, fading, clear-coat failure, peeling paint or wraps, loose trim, damaged upholstery, leaks, electrical problems, and previous repairs. We may record condition notes and photos before starting. These records document the vehicle as received; they do not authorize publishing photos.

Service limits and care

Detailing cleans and maintains a vehicle. It does not repair damaged paint, failing finishes, broken parts, or other pre-existing defects. Some stains, odors, scratches, oxidation, and wear may remain. We will discuss fragile or damaged areas and may avoid a treatment where it could worsen an existing problem.

Access and belongings

Provide a safe, legal workspace and tell us about access restrictions. Remove valuables, personal documents, and child seats or other items you do not want handled. We will confirm water and power needs with you.

Inspection and concerns

Review your vehicle with us after the service and report concerns promptly so we can inspect them. Pre-existing damage that was not caused by our service is outside the agreed cleaning work. This agreement does not waive rights provided by applicable law or excuse damage caused by a failure to use reasonable care.

Deposits and scheduling

A $25 or $50 deposit secures an appointment and is applied to the final service total. Cancellations at least 24 hours before the appointment receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within 24 hours may forfeit the deposit. We may reschedule for severe weather or unsafe conditions. A requested date is subject to confirmation.

Electronic agreement

By entering your name and checking the agreement box, you confirm you own the vehicle or have authority to authorize this service, acknowledge the conditions above, and agree to use an electronic record for this booking. Keep a copy for your records. Contact us if you prefer to arrange service and an agreement directly.
